Raspberry-Cilantro Gin Tonic

— 4 cl Mrs Millicent gin

— 1 small bottle of light dry tonic

— 5-6 pieces of raspberry

— 3-4 stems of cilantro

— ice

How to prepare it:⁠

Fill glass with ice, throw in raspberry, fresh cilantro, pour in the gin and then the tonic. Stir it carefully.

Pink Milli

— 4 cl Mrs Millicent gin

— 1 dl freshly pressed pink grapefruit juice

— 1 splash of cardamom soda

— ice

How to prepare it:

Pour gin into the glass filled with ice, then the freshly pressed grapefruit juice, and a splash of cardamom soda.

(The latter you can make with iSi rapid infusion)

Lavender, White Peach Gin Tonic

— 4 cl Mrs Millicent gin

— 1 drop of lemon juice

— 3 cl juice of white peach

— 1 small bottle of light dry tonic

—1 stem of lavender

— ice

How to prepare it:

Fill glass with ice, pour in white peach and lemon jouce, then gin and tonic. Stir carefully, and done!

Passion Fruit

— 4 cl Mrs Millicent gin

— 1 clove of lime pressed

— 1/2 ripe passion fruit

— 2 cl tasmanian pepper syrup

— 1,2 dl pressed orange juice

— ice

How to prepare it:

Fill up the glass with ice, spoon half of the ripe passion fruit into it, squeeze in juice of lime, add Tasmanian pepper syrup and gin. Stir carefully, and add freshly pressed orange juice.

Citrus

— 4 cl Mrs Millicent gin

— 1 small bottle of light dry tonic

— lemon peel

— orange tree leaves

— ice

How to prepare it:

Fill the glass with ice, pour in gin and tonic. Peel a handsome lemon, tweak it above the glass, rub the edge of glass with it and throw it in. You can add some orange tree leaves as decoration.

Martinez Gin

— 4 cl Mrs Millicent gin

— 4 cl sweet vermouth⁠

1 tspn maraschino liqeur⁠

— 2 dashes orange bitters⁠

How to prepare it:

Stir everything with ice in a shaker, pour into a chilled glass, garnish with a slice of lemon or orange peel.⁠
