Recently we cooked our second batch and we used this as an opportunity to show you a few things from behind the scenes. ⁠ ⁠ First, we prepare the ingredients eg. the organic bergamots and organic oranges, then we unfold the spices, like cardamom, cilantro or quina. After that, the spices and herbs go into the alcohol. The next step is destillation, which we constantly monitor. If the taste is true to what we imagined, the gin goes into the bottles. ⁠
